Sims game wont save

March I have a problem with my game. When I try to save my game its pop-up a saving screen but nothing happened, it was freezing, I waited and waited like 30min but its wont save. I turned on the task manager but its says my game is still running.

I have found some tutorials, its says I have to move a file call TravelDB. Its work for the first time, the game is saved. But when I load that save game and play it and try to save again then it just froze on the actual saving screen and n othing happened, the game is still running.
