I am connecting to Exchange server which has Direct Push Enabled. When i have schedueld set to As it Arrives, instead of immediately getting the mail the outlook mobile is fetching it after mins. I enabled verbose logging for this and found out that i get a ping status of 8.

I configured another user id of my colleague on the same server. With his account direct push works fine, pushes the mail immediately. I logged a ticket with my exchange team and they said there is no issue with it.
